About Us

Green Harvest is a values-led social care provider, offering regulated services, located with several quality accommodations in various locations in London and the South East of England. We provide residential care for children, educational, supported living accommodation for young people aged 16+ and residential family assessment.  services which enable young people under the care of Social Services and subject to the Leaving Care Act 2000 and all relevant Acts to live as independently as possible. We work actively with other professionals to ensure the pathway plan of each young person placed with us is implemented before they turn 18.

Whatever the service we provide, we do so with the aim of empowering the individual, maximising on the opportunities for learning to reach their full potential. Our long term goal for the young people and families who access our services is to ensure that they develop the skills and confidence to live gain eventual independentlyce and to make positive contribution to their communitiesy.

Our extensive induction and training program for all staff enables us to ensure we act professionally and in the best interest of young people and families in every scenario.

Our Outcomes

To ensure that the children and families enjoy good physical, emotional, mental and sexual health; have a healthy lifestyle, a safe environment, adequate training/life skills and have access to information about health issues that will allow them to make informed choices before they move to independent living independently.
